A Case of leiomyosarcoma with serial observation for 10 years

Abstract
|
|
|
This patient had a history of leiomyoma for over 10 years. Physical findings are epigastric palpable mass and mild anemia only. Upper G-I series and gastrofiberscopic pictures are diagnosed as leiomyoma but operation and histological findings revealed a leiomyosarcoma.
Brief review of the literature was also made.
